Extended description
Planning and design:
Designed to improve shoulder and upper back posture, the product is lightweight and has a flat design that allows for concealed use under clothing.
Pain reduction:
Back and neck pain - Back and neck pain is sometimes caused by unbalanced overwork of the muscles. Improving posture causes the vertebrae to move closer to their natural position, where the muscles do not have to work as hard to counteract gravity, thus balancing the work of the muscles.
Headaches - Poor posture may be one of the causes of headaches originating from the neck. If so, the shoulder straightener helps improve posture and change the set of forces applied to the neck and shoulders so that there is a reduction in recurring headaches.
Quality of life:
Improving self-confidence – The posture in which we stand and sit affects our self-perception. An upright posture conveys health and self-confidence to the environment. An upright posture affects the first impression and the way we are perceived by others.
Improving breathing – The front breathing mechanism is based on the rise and opening of the chest. A position with drooping shoulders causes the chest to descend and close, and breathing sometimes becomes shallow and flat. The shoulder straightener allows the chest to open, a condition that allows for better breathing.
