Zone 3: Express home delivery to Eilat and remote areas – Cost: 59.90 ₪ – The additional shipping charge will be processed after contacting customer service.
Zone 5: Express home delivery to Arava areas (excluding Eilat) and the Golan – Cost: ₪ 106 – The additional shipping charge will be processed after contacting customer service.

*Self-collection is available 24 hours after receiving this email and by coordinating with the company's customer service at 1800-305-305. Visits to the company’s site will be allowed only at the scheduled time and during operating hours, Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
It is important to note that the company’s site includes a factory, and for the safety of visitors, arriving without prior coordination is strictly prohibited.
*Pickup Points
– The package will be sent to the selected PICKUP point and will be available within 2 business days.
– The package will remain at the pickup point for approximately 5 days, during which the customer will receive a daily SMS reminder to collect the package.
– If the package is not collected by the sixth day, it will be returned to the company, and the cost of return shipping and reshipping will be the customer's responsibility (₪19.90 per direction).
