We are here to support you – if the product you bought does not fit, you can exchange or return it.
Important to know:
The company’s warranty: We provide a warranty on our products (in accordance with the instructions for use according to the manufacturer’s instructions) according to the following details:
- Orthopedic support products: up to 6 months from purchase (support belts and different sleeves to support different areas of the body)
- Foot products: up to 3 months (insoles, pads, silicone products, etc.)
**In the original packaging, with all parts of the product and showing proof of purchase
- Exchanges and credits will be made according to the price paid for the product (not including shipping fees), as shown on the purchase invoice.
- Products purchased on the website can be exchanged. Exchange must take place within 14 days of receiving the product and presenting the purchase invoice.
- It is not possible to return a product without all its original parts (for example straps, hinges, silicone pads, etc.).
- In the following cases it is not possible to exchange/return products bought on the website:
– a product that is custom made for you (for example, custom tailoring, unique learning)
– underwear product (winter health socks, summer health socks and compression socks)
– consumable products: plasters, tapes
Except in cases of a defect in the product, a discrepancy between the product and the details provided regarding the product, or the product was not delivered to you on time (another violation of the terms of the contract).
