We are here to support you – if the product you bought does not fit, you can exchange or return it.

Important to know:

The company’s warranty: We provide a warranty on our products (in accordance with the instructions for use according to the manufacturer’s instructions) according to the following details:

  • Orthopedic support products: up to 6 months from purchase (support belts and different sleeves to support different areas of the body)
  • Foot products: up to 3 months (insoles, pads, silicone products, etc.)

**In the original packaging, with all parts of the product and showing proof of purchase

  1. Exchanges and credits will be made according to the price paid for the product (not including shipping fees), as shown on the purchase invoice.
  2. Products purchased on the website can be exchanged. Exchange must take place within 14 days of receiving the product and presenting the purchase invoice.
  3. It is not possible to return a product without all its original parts (for example straps, hinges, silicone pads, etc.).
  4. In the following cases it is not possible to exchange/return products bought on the website:

– a product that is custom made for you (for example, custom tailoring, unique learning)

– underwear product (winter health socks, summer health socks and compression socks)

– consumable products: plasters, tapes

Except in cases of a defect in the product, a discrepancy between the product and the details provided regarding the product, or the product was not delivered to you on time (another violation of the terms of the contract).
