General
1.1 The website www.uriel-global.com (hereinafter: “the website”) is used as an online store, for the purchase of the company’s products by the surfing public via the Internet.
1.2 The owner and operator of the website is Meditex Group Ltd. PO Box 516502200 of 3 Olive Street, Mevo Carmel Industrial Park (hereinafter: “the company” and/or “Meditex Group”).
1.3 The provisions of these regulations shall apply to any use made by a user and/or action on the website (hereinafter: “the customer”) and to any order placed by the customer through the website. Therefore, the customer is requested to read these regulations in full and carefully and commit to its terms.
1.4 Any action on the website, including the purchase of products offered for sale on the website, constitutes the customer’s agreement to accept the instructions of these regulations and to act according to them.
1.5 The regulations are worded in the masculine language, for reasons of convenience only, but it refers to members of both sexes.
1.6 The regulations are worded in the singular, for reasons of convenience only, but it also refers to the plural.
1.7 The customer declares that he has read these regulations and agrees to them, and that he and/or anyone on his behalf will not have any claim and/or claim against the company and/or anyone on its behalf, with the exception of claims related to a violation of an obligation by the company and/or anyone on its behalf according to these regulations. It is emphasized that the very act of performing an action on the website constitutes an absolute, final and irrevocable notification on the part of the customer that he has read, understood and agreed to the provisions of this regulation.

The customer will not have any claim and/or claim against the site and/or the company for these changes and/or malfunctions that may occur during their implementation.

2. The use of the site
2.1 The use of the website is intended for private and personal purposes only, when it is clarified that the sale of the products on the website is for private and personal purposes only and is not intended for wholesale sale (either in a single sale or in several sales over a period of time) and/or for resale (buying a quantity of products from the website for the purpose of selling them to customers others).

3. Order on the website
3.1 All prices, products, promotions, discounts and coupons that appear on the website are valid for ordering on the website only, and the customer will not have any claim for a contradiction or discrepancy between the prices or products or inventory offered on the website and the prices or products or inventory offered at physical points of sale.

In this regard, and without detracting from Meditex Group’s discretion, it is clarified that a number of orders on the website that were placed by the same customer and/or to the same delivery address (for receiving the products) with high frequency and/or repeat systematically and/or at close times (i.e. in the same today or on consecutive or adjacent days, or on fixed days each week), in which quantities of products were ordered which (a) significantly exceeds (in aggregate) the permitted quantity of products, or (b) is the maximum (for each purchase), according to the unit quantity limitation policy As mentioned, a series of orders and purchases that are not for private and personal use will be considered.
It is further clarified that the aforementioned is in addition to and without detracting from Meditex Group’s right to block the entry of customers to the website who have violated its instructions.
Meditex Group reserves the right to change the policy of limiting the amount of units purchased as detailed above from time to time, all at its sole and complete discretion.
It is clarified that in certain cases and for the purpose of completing the order, Meditex Group is entitled to contact the customer who placed an order from the website by phone or via SMS message for the purpose of completing additional details required to complete the order.
3.5 If there is an error in printing, in the description of the product and/or service, in the terms of payment, in the image of the product/service or in any other printing material, the company may cancel the specific order before delivering the product to the customer.
3.11 Before placing an order on the website, the customer must register on the website. The customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete and updated information.
3.12 Payment on the website will be made by credit card only. The credit cards respected on the site are: American Express, Isracard, Visa and Diners. Payment on the website for the purchase of external seller products (whether the purchase includes only external seller products or whether the purchase includes both external seller products and Meditex Group products) will be made using the following credit cards: American Express, Isracard, Visa only. It is not possible to purchase on the website using checks, vouchers, gift cards, vouchers, prepaid cards, coupons and credits, with the exception of credits that can only be redeemed on the website.
3.13 When placing an order on the website, the company will check the credit card details and upon confirmation of the order by the credit card companies, an appropriate notification will be given that the operation has been approved or rejected. As long as it is approved, the order will be registered in the company’s computers and a confirmation will be sent to the customer by e-mail about the execution of the operation. It is clarified and emphasized that only a confirmation regarding placing an order received in the customer’s e-mail that includes the relevant order details, including the order number, the customer’s details and the order details, will constitute a confirmation of the receipt of the order by the company. As long as no confirmation has been received from the credit company, and no such confirmation has been sent, there will be no validity to the order action by the customer.
3.14 The company’s data processing computer records regarding the actions carried out through the website will be prima facie evidence of the correctness of the actions.
3.15 If the order was not approved by the credit company, an appropriate notification will be sent to the customer and the order will be considered void and the company will not bear any responsibility for the cancellation of the order and the customer will not have any claim and/or claim against the company for canceling the order as mentioned.
4. External information, medical information and uploading user content to the site
The company hereby clarifies to the customer that all information published on the website about medicine and the company’s products is only general information and does not constitute medical advice. 5. Delivery and transportation of products
5.1 The customer will be allowed to choose the option of self-collection from the company’s offices – but the collection will be performed only after receiving confirmation (by SMS / email) that the order is ready and by coordinating an arrival time within the collection hours (9:00 – 16:00). It is clarified that it will not be possible to change the method of delivery after completing the order.
5.2 If the customer has chosen a home delivery service, he confirms that the delivery will be made by a third party, such as a shipping company, which commits to a time frame of 3-5 business days. The time frame is valid from the moment you receive the order confirmation email.
6. Canceling an order
6.1 The order cancellation policy shall be subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981-1981 (hereinafter: “Consumer Protection Law”), and nothing in the section below shall derogate from it.
6.2 It is possible to cancel the purchase order of a product from the day of the order up to 14 days from the date of actual receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of order confirmation – whichever is later.
6.3 The right of cancellation is not valid, among others, in the following cases:
6.3.1 Goods produced especially for the customer (for example tailoring a custom product)
6.3.2 Consumable goods (such as tapes, plasters, etc.)
6.3.3 Underwear (such as health socks, compression socks)
6.4 Canceling an order before the product is delivered to the customer will be done as detailed below. The cancellation will only take effect upon confirmation of receipt of the notice by the company, provided that the order has not yet been sent to the customer:
6.5 Canceling an order after the product has been delivered to the customer will be done as follows:
6.5.1 The cancellation of the order was made due to a defect in the product supplied to the customer, due to a discrepancy between the product or the service and the details provided to the customer about the product’s features, due to the non-delivery of the product on time or due to another violation of the order by the company: (a). The customer will act to cancel the order as soon as possible in one of the ways listed above, and no later than 14 days from the day he received the product; (B). The customer will be credited with the completion of treatment within 14 days from the date of receipt of the request for cancellation. The customer must return the product in its original packaging and with all its parts to the company. The return of the product will be done by delivering the product to one of the delivery branches throughout the country or by coordinating the collection of the product from the customer’s home at the company’s expense (as long as the product was delivered to the customer via delivery);
It is clarified that cancellation of such an order will be made upon presentation of an invoice or the details of the credit card with which the order was made.
6.5.2 There was and cancellation of an order was not made due to a defect, a discrepancy between the product and the details provided to the customer about the product’s features, the failure to deliver the product on time or due to another violation of the order by the company:
(A). The customer will act to cancel the order as soon as possible in one of the listed ways and no later than 14 days from the day he received the product; (B). The customer will be credited upon completion of treatment within 14 days from the date of receipt of the request for cancellation subject to the return of the product to the company. The return of the product will be done by delivering the product to one of the delivery branches throughout the country or by coordinating the collection of the product from the customer’s home at the customer’s expense. (ג). With the credit, the customer will be given a copy of the charge cancellation notice as mentioned above and the company will be entitled, at its sole discretion, to charge the customer order cancellation fees in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and will inform the customer of its decision regarding the charge before actually charging the customer. The cancellation fee will be up to 5% of the purchase price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
It is clarified that cancellation of such an order will be made upon presentation of an invoice or the details of the credit card with which the order was made.
6.6. In case of cancellation of an order for any reason, the customer confirms that Meditex Group and/or someone on its behalf will receive his name and address for the purpose of testing the product
6.7 If, after placing an order on the website, it turns out that the product is out of stock and/or that it cannot be delivered, an e-mail will be sent to the customer (or the company representative will contact him by phone) informing him of the cancellation of the order for that product without charge and/or the return of his money (as the case may be) and not The customer will have any claim against the company for this. Alternatively, Meditex Group may offer the customer an alternative product, equivalent to the product ordered. The customer will be given the right to choose whether he is interested in the replacement product or if he is interested in canceling the order in relation to that product without charge and/or returning his money to the extent charged (as the case may be). The customer will not have any claim and/or demand and/or claim of any kind and type against Meditex Group in the aforementioned case.
6.8 If, after the delivery of the order to the customer, it turns out that not all the products in the order have been delivered to the customer, the customer will contact the company for customer service, no later than 7 business days from the date of delivery of the order. The customer will be given the right to choose whether: (a) he is interested in the return of his money for the product(s) that were not delivered (such credit will be made in accordance with the provisions of section 9.6.1 – without the requirement to return the product(s) and the customer will not be charged any cancellation fees); or (b) he wishes to collect the missing product(s) or a replacement product at any of the Meditex Group chain stores. The customer will not have any claim and/or demand and/or claim of any kind and type against Meditex Group in the aforementioned case.
6.9 Products that are presented at sale prices will be delivered at the sale price subject to the fact that the sale is valid at the time of the order on the website and the availability of the product in the company’s inventory.
6.10 Meditex Group may at any time stop the activity of the website and/or the ordering mechanism therein.
7. Confidentiality and privacy
7.1 The customer declares and agrees that the delivery of his personal details in the order form is done according to his will and with his consent and filling out the details indicates his consent to their delivery.
7.2 The data that the customer provides during registration will be stored in the Meditex Group database (except for credit card details). It is hereby made clear to the customer that he is not required by law to provide the information, however, without it, he may not be able to use the booking services on the website.
7.3 When using the website, information may accumulate about the customer’s buying practices and habits, products and services he purchased or requested to return, information about advertisements he expressed interest in, pages or departments he viewed, offers and services he was interested in, payment methods he used, and more. Meditex Group will keep the information in its databases. The use of this data, as well as the data provided during the registration process for the various services on the website, will be done only according to what is stated in this document or according to the provisions of any law. Meditex Group will make use of the above data for the purpose of anonymous statistical analysis and segmentation as well as to produce for each user the adaptation of the content (promotions/coupons/messages) relevant to him.
7.4 Meditex Group will not transfer to third parties who are not affiliated companies of Meditex Group or entities acting on its behalf, his personal details and the information collected about the customer’s activity on the site (to the extent that these details and information identify him personally), except in the cases below:
7.4.1 In case he violates the terms of use of the website, or if he performs through the website, or in connection with it, actions deemed to be against the law, or an attempt to perform such actions.
7.4.2 In accordance with the provisions of a judicial order instructing Meditex Group to hand over the details or information about the customer to a third party, even if it is not the court.
7.4.3 Any dispute, claim, claim, demand or legal proceedings, as they arise, between the customer and Meditex Group (including related companies and/or anyone on its behalf).

8. Responsibility
8.1 The responsibility for the nature of a product applies to the manufacturer and/or its importer according to the Consumer Protection Law and various regulations established under it. Subject to all laws, Meditex Group’s liability for products is limited to the cost of the product to the customer only.
8.2 Meditex Group will not be responsible for any problems caused as a result of using the website, including: malfunctions in the operating system and/or any software found on the electronic device from which the website was accessed and/or any hardware problem and/or viruses and/or hostile software or any other software that is discovered or will be found on the electronic device from which the site was accessed as a result of using the site and/or any communication or data transfer problem that would temporarily or permanently prevent the use of the site and/or the quality or speed of the site’s use.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 The website, including all the content contained therein, is the exclusive property of Meditex Group and Meditex Group is the sole owner or the holder of the authority or license of the copyrights, trademarks and all intellectual property rights on the website, including with reference to any third party content that appears on the website. Any copying, distribution, transmission, publication, transfer, creation of a derivative work, creation of a link, exploitation or injury of any kind to the intellectual property rights of Meditex Group or the rights of third parties who have granted Meditex Group permission or license to use them in any way, in their entirety or In part, directly or indirectly without obtaining prior written approval from Meditex Group or the other rights holders as stated as the case may be and subject to the terms of the agreement, the permission or the license (to the extent granted) is strictly prohibited. This provision is also valid in relation to any processing, editing or translation done by Meditex Group. Any violation of what is stated in this section may subject the violator to criminal or civil penalties or fines in accordance with the law.
10. Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the State of Israel will apply exclusively to these regulations and any claim regarding these regulations and the terms of use will be heard only in Israeli courts.
