- Make sure the shoes are clean and dry before inserting the silicone pads.
- Each silicone pad should be placed inside the shoe so that the blue dot in the center of the pad is located exactly under the heel.
- Make sure the cushion is placed flat and stable inside the shoe, without wrinkles or movement.
- At the beginning of use, it is recommended to use the silicone pads for short periods of time during the day and gradually increase the duration until full use throughout the day.
- After the adaptation period, it is recommended to use shoes with silicone cushions during all daily activities, including walking, standing, and light jogging.
- The pillows can be hand washed with lukewarm water and mild soap when they get dirty, then air dried.
- Direct exposure to sunlight or strong heat should be avoided to maintain their quality.
- Cushions should be replaced when they show signs of wear or loss of comfort.
- It is recommended to replace the cushions once every one to two years, depending on their degree of use and wear.
