A lightweight and comfortable shoulder straightener that provides light support to improve posture while maintaining free body movement.

- Rehabilitation after shoulder injuries – to improve posture and support the injured areas.
- Preventing the worsening of posture problems – to prevent excessive strain on the spine and shoulders.
- Support during prolonged sitting – to reduce muscle tension in the shoulder and upper back area.
- Physiological support in situations of muscular weakness – in the upper spine or shoulders.
User manual
Initial wear:
- For the first time, it is recommended to have another person help you adjust the straightener to your body in the best possible way.
- Once you get familiar with the product, you can easily wear it yourself.
- Open the straps until the Velcro reaches the clips.
- The suspenders should be worn so that they are positioned at the front of the shoulders.
- Hold the ends of the crossed elastic straps in each hand, so that the strap in the left hand pulls on the right shoulder, and the strap in the right hand pulls on the left shoulder.
- Close the ends of the straps together using the Velcro. The closure should be at the level of the upper abdomen.
- Make sure the pressure is comfortable and does not restrict body movement.
- Start using the product gradually (for example, an hour a day) and then increase the duration of use according to your needs and personal feelings.
- Recommended for use in situations requiring support for proper posture or treatment of round shoulders.
- The best posture is the one that comes from our own muscles, so try to recruit the muscles to improve posture by proactively straightening. Do this once an hour for a minute at a time, while sitting, standing, or walking.
- Clean the product by hand using mild soap and water only.
- Dry in a shady, airy place before next use.

Here are some recommended exercises: - Stretch your chest muscles. - Strengthen the deep neck flexors by tucking your chin back while keeping your gaze forward at head level. - Lie on your back on a round roller along your spine, with your arms open to the sides.
