Extended description
Planning and design:
The calf compression sleeve is designed to hug the calf muscles, which stabilizes the muscles in place during exercise. This stabilization results in reduced muscle vibration during exercise such as running, jumping and kicking. Stabilizing the muscles during athletic activity can reduce the risk of muscle injuries.
Pain reduction:
The sleeve improves the flow of oxygen-rich blood to the muscles and improves lymphatic drainage. The sleeve increases the temperature of the muscles during exercise. Warming up the muscles during exercise increases their flexibility and reduces pain.
Physical activity:
Due to the improved blood flow and lymphatic fluid flow under the sleeve, there is a reduction in muscle fatigue during physical activity, and accelerated recovery after training.
Rehabilitation and recovery:
The sleeve increases the input of the sense of position in space (proprioception) of the muscles. Improving proprioceptive input improves the coordination in which the muscles work, thereby optimizing motor control and stability in standing and walking.
