Soft produces deep heating using infrared technology, which intensifies the massage effect and contributes to muscle relaxation. The massage heads were developed with precise anatomical adjustment, in collaboration with professional therapists, to achieve optimal muscle relaxation.
Unlike other massage devices, Soft allows use while lying down - for an even deeper and more relaxing massage experience, without having to hold the device or bear its weight on your neck or shoulders.
Shiatsu massage is a traditional and proven massage technique. When performed correctly, it allows for precise massage of various muscle groups, helps release tight muscles, encourages blood flow and oxygenation, and contributes to deep overall relaxation.
The Soft massage cushion features two different massage directions, allowing for a more focused massage tailored to individual needs. The massage intensity can be customized to three different levels - so everyone can choose the massage level that suits them best.

Which areas of the body is the pillow suitable for?
You can sit, lie down, or lean on the pillow in any position that is comfortable for you.
Suitable for use on the neck, nape of the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back, waist, hips, calves and feet. Can also be used on the stomach area gently and according to personal feeling.
How can I control the intensity of the massage?
The intensity of the massage can be adjusted by selecting the massage speed (3 speed levels), the massage direction (2 directions), as well as by using body weight, sitting/lying position, and the position of the pillow - the harder you lean, the stronger the massage.
The massage can be gentle and relaxing, or powerful and deep - according to your choice.
Is the heating noticeable immediately?
Infrared heating builds up gradually and takes several minutes. The heat is only felt in direct contact with the body and passes through the fabric of the pillow and clothing.
How long is it recommended to use each massage?
Recommended massage duration is 10–15 minutes. The pillow has an automatic shut-off after 20 minutes of use for safety reasons.
Can the color of the pillow be changed?
Each pillow comes with a dark gray pillowcase (as pictured).
If you would like a pillowcase in a different color, the pillowcases are available for purchase separately in different colors.
Is the pillow soft or hard?
The pillow is soft and pleasant to the touch, and contains an internal shiatsu massage mechanism that provides an effective and focused massage. The combination of the soft padding and the massage mechanism allows for a comfortable and relaxing massage experience.
Can the pillowcase be replaced/washed?
Yes. The pillowcase can be removed and replaced/washed.

Yes. The pillow also serves as a decorative pillow and is especially suitable for use on the sofa. It can be placed on the backrest or seat and leaned on comfortably while sitting and relaxing.
Is the pillow safe for daily use?
Of course! As long as the use is pleasant and does not cause pain. In case of discomfort or pain, use should be discontinued.
