Is the heating noticeable immediately?
Infrared heating builds up gradually and takes several minutes. The heat is only felt in direct contact with the body and passes through the fabric of the device and clothing.
How long is it recommended to use each massage?
Recommended massage duration is 10–15 minutes. The device has an automatic shut-off after 20 minutes of use for safety reasons.
Is the device safe for daily use?
