- Before inserting the gel insoles, the previous insoles must be removed from the shoes.
- The insoles should be cut according to the size of the inner surface of the shoe.
- The interior of the shoe should be cleaned and made sure there is no dirt or unwanted internal bumps.
- The insoles must be inserted, each insole into the appropriate shoe.
- After insertion, slide your hand along the entire length of the insole and make sure there are no folds.
- You should wear the shoes with the insoles and check that they fit the shoe.
- If the insole is too long, it can be removed and carefully cut, according to the markings on the bottom.
- It is recommended to replace the insoles approximately once a year, depending on the distance walked with them and the user's weight.
