- Before inserting the insoles, the previous insoles must be removed from the shoes.
- The insoles should be cut according to the size of the inner surface of the shoe.
- The interior of the shoe must be cleaned and made sure there is no dirt or unwanted internal protrusions. The insoles must be inserted, each insole into the appropriate shoe.
- After insertion, slide your hand along the entire length of the insole and make sure there are no folds.
- The shoes should be worn with the insoles and checked to make sure they fit the shoe. If the insole is too long, it can be removed and carefully cut, following the markings on the bottom.
- The pads can be hand washed with lukewarm water and mild soap and air dried. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight or strong heat to maintain the quality and durability of the pads.
- It is recommended to replace the insoles approximately once a year, depending on the distance walked with them and the user's weight.
