Extended description
Planning and design:
The belt is designed for people suffering from lower back and waist pain. It provides support throughout the day. Made of breathable, thin and lightweight fabric, suitable for wearing under clothing. Double strap closure allows for convenient adjustment of the degree of pressure and degree of movement.
Improved posture:
The belt improves the sensorimotor feedback of the core muscles, thus providing a reminder of correct and better posture, encouraging physical activity that allows you to strengthen the core muscles.
Pain reduction:
Many people with back pain use painkillers and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs to relieve their pain. Prolonged use of these common medications can negatively affect the kidneys, digestive system, liver, and cardiovascular system. The use of the belt is suggested as a combination or alternative without systemic side effects.
Sports activities:
One of the causes of lower back pain is the weakness of the core muscles that can develop over time. Using a belt helps the muscles work, and allows for increased range of motion training and activity, thereby helping to provide a sense of security during training, reducing pain, and strengthening the muscles.
Daily activities:
Studies in the field of back pain have shown that daily activity and increased body movement may improve overall functioning and reduce lower back pain.
